Provide a white-labelled section of the knowledge/support articles to allow white label customers to point customers to ‘how do i guides’ without having to disclose Callrail as provider
We don’t currently have any plans for white labeling our documentation. There are currently numerous references to CallRail itself and our support that we would not want visible to white labeled customers. Our documentation system is also not tied in to account logins, so providing the correct white label design and naming is not possible. We may revisit this decision in the future.
