What are the most important KPIs you measure based on phone calls?


We’ve heard from a lot of CallRail users that tracking metrics such as average call value, call conversion rate, and misdial rate are extremely important to optimizing their marketing for phone call leads.

Are you tracking any of these KPIs? What other metrics do you look at in your business to get the most out of your inbound phone calls?


When I was using CallRail for my local SEO consulting clients I found the best call tracking metrics were ones that got as deep into the funnel as possible. Often that meant First Time Callers since using a main line tracking number for organic would mean that repeat calls were filtered out. It was the best metric I found to get clients on the same page with us as we measured performance internally. Curious to hear what other ppl are using as top KPIs as well.
