Is it possible to get a slack alert when a client’s credit card fails? The sooner we are alerted the better, because sometimes it takes time to get the updated information from the client and we don’t want to risk losing the numbers or having a gap in our tracking.
When you say your client’s credit card fails, are you using Account Center, and they are responsible for their account or are you making use of our Customer Invoicing feature?
We’re using account center, so client’s are responsible for their own callrail payments. Many don’t want to monitor anything at all and rely on us fully for reporting and to make sure everything stays running and to alert them when a credit card needs updating.
