Pay Per Lead- How To Implement with CallRail



has anyone successfully used CallRail to setup a pay per call system with the following features?

  • Ability to cap/limit the amount of calls sent to a client
  • Invoicing a client for the number of calls and form submissions they received

Any tips would be appreciated.



no its totally manual and there’s no user role or notification options that hides your source and keyword data. So you have to do everything by hand. I’ve asked for these features for over a year and have been ignored. I have a demo with another platform in a few hours and I’ll let you know how it goes.

It’s a shame because I’m going to port over 15 companies and 61 phone numbers all because they won’t take the time to add customizable user roles or editable email templates. I don’t think it’s that much work, but I’m not a developer so who knows.

The auto invoicing is a little more complex, but it would be nice to at least be able to automatically send them a report without exposing all your marketing strategies.
