Can we have a feature to sent emails ONLY for certain durations? For ex. If I have users call and hangout I dont want to receive those emails. The idea is that if they are a good serious lead they would leave at least a voicemail and there would be for ex at least a 30 second duration. Right now I have lots of robots and abandon calls. I dont want to get those email notifications. Thanks
Hello! Thanks for sharing this feature request. I think that makes a lot of sense given your use case. I’ll submit this as a request to the product team - In the meantime, a workaround would be to turn on CallScore and set it to only send notifications for calls marked as “lead.” Please let me know if that helps!
