I would like to see one dashboard/log for all leads. An overview page if you will, and then have the capability go into the separate logs for calls, forms, texts, etc… Having to go into multiple logs to find out the total amount of leads for a given period of time is a little annoying.
This is a great idea, and one we are working on! The goal of the Leads report we are planning on would give you the list of unique people that contacted you through any method, calls, texts, or forms, in the date range you select. We also want to show which attributions lead those leads through the various attribution milestones in our system.
I’m happy to keep you posted on when this new report launches. I’ll make a note to myself to reply here when we release this new report.
