Number Pool Usage Notifications


Hello, I help manage a CallRail account with over 3,000 numbers. One feature we’d really like to see is a way of notifying us if the number pool is too small. Our representative instructed us if all the numbers in the pool have been used within 5 minutes we need to increase pool size.

Unfortunately we’re unable to go into all the accounts throughout the day to check for this. This would be a great feature to add so we can spend less time monitoring pool size, this would even increase CallRail’s revenue as we would be adding more numbers to our account.



As an agency managing close to 1000 numbers across 20 companies each with multiple pools, this would be a HUGE help to us as well. Great idea!
