We often type detailed notes on calls & tags for internal analytics and to use as searchable text, but would like those to not always be visible to the client. Suggesting an external Notes & Tags and internal Notes & Tags or a way to exclude notes and tags showing up from the client view.

We’ve found through research that most of the client’s of our Marketing Agency customers don’t spend much time in CallRail. Could you provide some context as to what your clients are looking at when they are in CallRail?
