At the moment there is currently no support for 1300 numbers - this is a big problem for us in Australia as 1300 numbers are used by most clients.
Just to clarify, are you trying to get a 1300 number or are you trying to set the destination as a 1300 number?
I am trying to set the destination as a 1300 number.
This is a limitation of our current carrier and while it’s something that we continue to investigate for future usage, we don’t have a solution available to our user at the moment. However, if the business has a local number associated to their telephone (perhaps not public facing) then you can use this number as the destination number for the tracking number. You will still be able to create a customer facing 1300 tracking number.
