Keypad Scoring after Call Transfer


It would help immensely if we could use keypad scoring after a call is transferred to a third party.

Here’s how it would work:

  1. Customer calls Call Rail Number
  2. Company answers the call and qualifies the customer
  3. Company transfers the customer to a local service provider.
  4. After transferring the call, the customer can press a key (#, *, etc) to enter they keypad scoring menu.

Thank you for this request! While we can see how this would be a helpful enhancement, unfortunately, once the call is transferred we lose control of the call. You can of course score the call in CallRail after the call is completed, though we understand that doesn’t make up for the convenience of keypad scoring.
