How can I transfer a call to another number

I would like my agents to be able to screen a caller (outbound call) and then transfer that call to a different number. I wasn’t able to find a way to do this with CallRail so far and would very much appreciate if someone could help me with that.

Hi @phil! Are your agents doing outbound calling via the soft phone in Lead Center (with their computers and a headset plugged in) or are they routing these outbound calls via their physical phones?

They are using the softphone in the lead center.

Unfortunately, at this moment we don’t currently offer a transfer function within our soft phone, but we’re always looking for product feedback and requests.

I’ll go ahead and pass this along to our product team as a feature request and check with them to see if this might be somewhere on the drawing table in the future.

I’ll update you once I hear from them!
