Often clients want to send me an image via text but can’t do it with the current system.
Agreed, we very much need this feature. I’m thinking of moving our texting over to Twilio b/c they support MMS.
We definitely see how sending and receiving images with your clients is important for our customers. MMS is something that has been around for a while, and seems common place now. Unfortunately, there are a few hurdles in how it is built that make it very difficult to implement on services like ours. It’s on our long-term roadmap to tackle, but we don’t have a great solution in the near future.

Couldn’t agree more! In this day and age, all our clients expect us to be able to use MMS. I love callrail, but because of this am exploring other services (like JustCall.io) that allow MMS.
Totally Agree! Texting is nice, but we really would have no need for texting for our business model. Texting images and videos though would be extremely valuable to us.
