I am having trouble with the Average Duration data being pulled from the CallRail Time Series connector in Google data Studio. It is showing the average duration of 00:08:21. However, the longest call noted in CallRail is about 6 minutes.
How can the average duration be more than the longest call?
If it is user error on my part, please let me know how to fix it. I am also curious if this particular data is different between between the two connectors (call summary and time series). I am thinking the call summary data was more accurate regarding this particular data point. My other data such as Total Calls does match CallRail so it seems to be just the average duration that I can see.
