Forward to another softphone?


Quick question:

Callrail’s interface is lovely, but our answering service seems to require more than the native softphone allows.

For ex: we need the ability for a single agent to put people on hold, juggle more than one incoming call at a time, etc.

Calltrackingmetrics’ softphone appears to have all of these capabilities, but I’m realizing that in moving to them I’m getting into a feature-full platform that is a lot less intuitive to setup correctly myself.

Is there a strong VoiP provider that forward well from Callrail that I should look into?
