It would be great if forms that customers fill out could have all the same tags and ability to filter that calls do. I would think this would be simple since you already do this will calls. I heard this in the works, but that was 1 year ago and I haven’t seen anything.
Hey Brian - this is a great request and one we’ve actually heard before. Our product team has agreed this would be a good addition to the product and this feature is currently on our long term roadmap. I don’t have any dates to provide as far as when you can see this in your CallRail instance, but we certainly understand how this could be valuable for your reporting efforts on texts and forms. I will definitely make sure to update this thread once we know about timeline.
