Currently our client uses the Call Log view to organize and manage inbound calls, voicemails, etc. They can quickly respond to calls by clicking the caller number in the Caller column, but are not able to make outbound calls to any new numbers. The only way to do this is through the dialer in Lead Center. We could like to request that a dialer be available in the Call Log view. Similar to how the customer number displays at the bottom of the pop-up window when placing an outbound call, we would like the ability to put any number in that field and place a new outbound call.
This would allow us to initiate calls to a person that is not already in CallRail.
