API data mismatch with that of UI.

Hey @chirag_api - thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear you’re experiencing a data mismatch. I’d be happy to help figure out what’s going on and see how we can get it right. In this case, in order to see what’s going on we’ll need to look at the specific call data. Would you mind submitting a support ticket so that we can see what the database has stored. If you have a screenshot of what the UI is displaying, that’d be helpful too. I’ll make the support team aware of it, and I’ll follow along to see that we get it resolved.


Hi @chirag_api - This issue should be fixed with our update released yesterday that allows you to rename a caller ID name for any customer. Here’s our support article on how to find/use this feature. Please let me know if this solves your issue!
