Can you please update the Schedule Call Flow “Schedule Branch X” label flow functionality to let us custom add a name or a description of what that branch does. This way we dont have to scroll through and try to remember the person or team on point for that branch, or have to click on it to scroll down to see which agent is in the Dial box.
Schedule Branch A: John Smith
Schedule Branch B: Orlando Team
Schedule Branch C: John (primary) & Susan (secondary)
