I have a client that would like to use CallRail if we’re able to get the call recordings integrated into their CRM. I was wondering if anyone has experience with connecting the CallRail API to VinSolutions (automotive dealer CRM), or similar?
Thanks for reaching out! I believe that VinSolutions uses the Auto-Lead Data Format (ADF), which we are working to support in the near future. If possible, I would love to work with you when the integration is ready to test so we can validate it connects properly with VinSolutions and any other auto CRMs your client might be using.
