Callrail Support

Hi

I work with an agency where our client had a pre-existing account with CallRail. In the past with Callrail, I was able to work with a dedicated support rep instead of going through the generic support. How am I able to get a dedicated rep to work with our account. We would like to get a demo with our client and Callrail on all of its features, as we are potentially looking to increase the amount of lines on the account. Thank You.
