Is there any way to track the destination number for the specific numbers on a simulcall flow? For example when a customer calls in on a marketing add number and it triggers the simulcall flow with 2 different numbers, is there a way to trace back who answered what calls?
Hi Melisha - Thanks for posting your question! You should be able to view which agent is answering which call in your main dashboard. You can enable this feature in the Agent column via the table settings. Please let me know if this solves this issue for you!
