When I look at activity, I have to go to “Call Log” or “Form Submission” to see the details. This should be combined into one, and then have a column/category that says “form” or “call”, “text” That would make things so much better and easier!
Hey @brianhentschel - have you tried the Lead report? It shows the total number of calls, forms, and text for each lead and I think you can drill down from there. Not sure if that is what you were looking for?
That would work if I could qualify leads there and add tags, but I can’t. Good idea, I’m sure it would be easy to add the ability to qualify customer there and add tags, and values.
@brianhentschel Thanks for submitting this request! Combining the Call Log and Form Submissions is on our long term roadmap. In the meantime, we will continue to discuss workarounds, and certainly appreciate yours and @Morgan_Jarvis’s discussion!
