Add A Scheduler - So Calls Can Be Handled Differently After Business Hours, Holidays

I would like to switch more of clients from DialogTech to CallRail, but am unable until there is a way in CallRail to schedule call flows for the following scenarios:

Outside of normal business hours
Holidays
Scheduled or emergency plant shutdowns

Thank you for this request! I would love more information about your scheduling needs. We do have the ability to create multiple schedules with our Call Flow Builder https://support.callrail.com/hc/en-us/articles/202869069-Call-Scheduling-
so I would be interested in hearing more specifically what scheduling functionality you need that can’t be accomplished in the Call Flow Builder.
