1:1 call tracking


I’d like to move from cost per call to value per call; this requires the ability to tie data from my clients CRMs back to GA or CallRail. Is there a best practice for this? One of the CRMs is ServiceTitan, others are proprietary (no hope of API/integration). TIA


Hi @dangim! At least with ServiceTitan, it looks like they accept webhooks so that would more than likely be your best bet for trying to tie back information to it. As for the proprietary ones, you could always try a more manual way of exporting the data. You always have the option to export as a CSV, so that could potentially be a work around for those CRMs that wouldn’t work with API or webhooks.
